Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and event platforms
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity efforts
- Manage website content, SEO, and online advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams for effective go-to-market strategies
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations
- Track, measure, and report the performance of marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure timely execution and innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
