Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager with a strong background in traditional and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across offline and online channels.
- Lead and manage the company's digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Oversee branding, product positioning, and corporate communications.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Develop marketing materials, oversee website content, and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in digital marketing.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
