The Role
We’re hiring a strategic, commercially minded General Manager to lead operations, ecommerce, and growth. You’ll manage a small team (social, events, ops) and work closely with the artist-founders to scale OneFourArt globally.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Shopify platform and online sales performance
- Drive revenue, partnerships, and B2B channels (designers, hospitality, etc.)
- Lead a team across social media, events, and operations
- Align business strategy with the creative direction
- Ensure smooth day-to-day execution and customer experience
What You’ll Need
- 4–6+ years in ecommerce, creative business, or art-related ops
- Strong Shopify and digital sales experience
- Team leadership and commercial strategy skills
- Passion for art, culture, and design

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
