Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a group of masons and laborers during daily site activities.
- Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications for masonry works.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure quality and productivity.
- Ensure the correct usage of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct layout work for block, brick, plaster, and tiling operations.
- Check levels, plumb lines, and alignment as per drawings.
- Coordinate with the site engineer and foreman to resolve technical issues on-site.
- Ensure materials are available and report shortages in advance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Enforce adherence to health and safety standards among team members.
- Record daily work progress and submit updates to supervisors.
