In the Solution Engineering team, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible leaders who will follow the model | coach | care approach to developing and winning team sales strategy that will deliver on the Cloud and AI transffromaion ambitions and unlock new business opportuntitites in the Major Growth segment .

Responsibilities
- You will lead and develop talent by attracting, retaining, and growing a high-performing team by modeling, coaching, and caring—fostering a culture of accountability, empowerment, and excellence.
- You will coach Solution Engineers to lead consultative AI engagements, deliver compelling demos and envisioning sessions, and secure technical wins with a focus on driving AI transformation and broader solutions.
- You will accelerate core business growth by empowering your team to deliver industry-aligned solutions, displace competitors, and drive pipeline growth, win rates, and customer retention.
- You will ensure operational excellence by overseeing disciplined sales execution through MSX rigor, partner co-sell integration, and seamless handoffs to deployment and adoption teams.
- You will maximize technical influence by enabling Solution Engineers to influence customer decisions by streamlining processes, aligning goals across solution areas, and facilitating cross-workload collaboration.
- You will scale through ecosystem partnerships by coaching the team to expand partner engagement, identify capability gaps, and collaborate across Microsoft to resolve blockers and amplify impact.
- You will champion learning and thought leadership by driving team skilling, certification completion, and peer knowledge sharing while mentoring SEs to connect Microsoft solutions to customer business outcomes.
Qualifications

8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- 3+ years people management experience (including leading virtual teams)
