As a Lead MEP Draftsman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating MEP projects from start to finish. Must have electrical and mechanical knowledge & experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities on the job site, ensuring that tasks are completed
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
- Draft layouts for mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems as per project specifications and design standards.
- Design background on residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Team working and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Good knowledge and experience in designing software like Ms. Office, AutoCAD, 3ds Max/ Revit, Illustrator, V-Ray, and similar software is a must.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
