Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled MEP Draughtsman with experience in interior fit-out projects to prepare detailed MEP coordination drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of coordinating with architecture and civil drawings to ensure proper integration of MEP systems within tight fit-out timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate MEP shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems as per project specifications and local codes.
Develop coordination drawings reflecting integration between MEP services and architectural/ID layouts.
Modify and update drawings based on site conditions and engineer instructions.
Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
Work closely with MEP engineers, architects, and interior designers to resolve clashes and improve design integration.
Maintain and organize all project drawings and documentation.
Ensure that all drawings adhere to company and project standards.
Assist in quantity take-offs and material submittals when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Drafting or relevant discipline.
3–5 years of experience as an MEP Draughtsman, preferably in fit-out or interior projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit or BIM knowledge is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, fire alarm, plumbing, lighting, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
