Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an experienced MEP Inspector to join our team! In this role, you will oversee and inspect daily site operations related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct thorough inspections of MEP construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on work progress, identifying potential delays or issues and recommending corrective actions to ensure the project remains on track.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure proper documentation of all inspections, including daily reports, safety reports, and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with the construction teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP works, such as electrical installations, plumbing, drainage systems, water supply networks, and road-related utilities.
- Manage site safety, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols and minimize risks associated with MEP works.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services required for MEP works.
- Assist with testing and commissioning, ensuring that MEP components meet the necessary quality and functionality standards before handover.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP construction inspection in such as electrical installations, plumbing, drainage systems, water supply networks, and road-related utilities
- Strong understanding of MEP construction standards, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and inspection reporting software.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and check construction work for accuracy and compliance.
