We are a fast-growing MEP technical services company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Technical Office Assistant. This is a critical position that supports the daily operations of the business by managing documentation and coordination between the office and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all office documentation: data entry, daily reports, project logs, employee timesheets, etc.
- Maintain organized records for receipts, petty cash, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate daily reporting with site technicians, foremen, and engineers.
- Manage emails, appointments, phone calls, and office communication.
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, reports, and follow-ups.
- Assist with salary calculations and attendance tracking.
- Support technical team with project documentation and submissions.
- Filing of receipts, contracts, and company records both physically and digitally.
- Work directly with management to ensure deadlines and procedures are met.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in MEP, construction, or technical services office support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting entries.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience working with technical staff, handling time sheets, site logs, and related data.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling petty cash and receipts
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or ERP software
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and accuracy
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills

- This is not a receptionist position.
- Candidates must have experience in technical or construction office work.
- Only office-based candidates currently in the UAE will be considered.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
