Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee and manage the site execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on active construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all MEP activities on-site
- Coordinate between MEP subcontractors, civil teams, and consultants
- Ensure installation works are as per approved drawings and method statements
- Track progress and report on daily site status to project management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist in resolving technical issues and site conflicts related to MEP systems
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on MEP installations
- Monitor material delivery, manpower allocation, and work sequencing
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as MEP Site Engineer/Superintendent in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (plumbing, fire fighting, electrical)
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
- Excellent coordination and site management skills
- Familiar with local authority standards (e.g., SEWA, DEWA, Civil Defense)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
