Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities on site. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in supervising MEP systems in construction projects and a strong understanding of technical drawings and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all MEP site activities to ensure work is completed on schedule and according to design specifications.
Monitor and enforce safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure proper installation.
Monitor and track progress of MEP works against project schedule; report any delays or issues.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
Manage a team of technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and resolving any technical issues.
Assist in testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Maintain documentation and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP supervision on construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiar with local construction regulations and safety standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
