Job Summary:
We are hiring a Mold Polisher with hands-on experience in mould polishing and changeovers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with injection and extrusion machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mold polishing and changeovers as per production requirements
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of molds to ensure precision and quality
- Assist in troubleshooting mold issues and defects during production
- Work closely with the tool room team to improve mold life and performance
- Maintain records of polishing work and follow safety standards
Requirements:
✅ 2–3 years of experience in mould polishing and changeovers (mandatory)
✅ UAE experience (preferred)
✅ Experience in tool room operations (preferred)
✅ Knowledge of injection and extrusion machines (preferred)
✅ Strong technical skills and high attention to detail
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
