Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in mortgage advisory or retail banking, with a strong understanding of UAE mortgage products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on mortgage products and financing options based on their needs and eligibility.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting mortgage applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and clients.
- Stay updated with UAE mortgage regulations, policies, and products.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage advisory, real estate, or retail banking in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage processes, banking policies, and financial documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
