Generate new mortgage leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
- Liaise with banks, clients, real estate agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Stay updated with the latest mortgage products, bank policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present mortgage proposals and financial comparisons.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in line with compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mortgage sales or real estate (minimum 1–2 years).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Real estate / UAE mortgage market / UAE banking practices.
- Existing relationships with local banks and real estate developers is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
- UAE driving license is required
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business
- Certification in real estate or mortgage consultancy (optional but beneficial).
Salary: Competitive with performance-based incentives
