About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the local mortgage landscape and end-to-end mortgage processes, as well as a passion for helping clients navigate their home financing journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the most suitable mortgage options based on their financial profiles and property goals.
- Manage the full mortgage process, including pre-approvals, application submissions, liaising with banks, and final approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations, bank products, interest rates, and financial market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and real estate agents.
- Guide clients on mortgage types (fixed, variable, Islamic finance, etc.) and clarify terms, costs, and repayment plans.
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with UAE laws and Central Bank guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Dubai financial or mortgage sector.
- Thorough understanding of mortgage types and UAE property financing process.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and work under deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
