Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve company goals, mentoring agents, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new real estate agents.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market analysis.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
- Handle high-value negotiations and close major deals when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property laws.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client and team relationships.
- Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office; knowledge of real estate platforms is a plus.
