Responsibilities
· Evaluate and validate insurance information to potential client and process the necessary resolutions for parties.
· Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable policies.
· Provide Insurance advice in a way that meets and exceeds client expectations.
· Follow – up to ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
· Timely follow- up for policy renewals
· Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team
· Compliance according to state regulations and policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Motor, Home and Travel Insurance: 2 years (Required)
