We are seeking a skilled North Indian Cook who specializes in preparing rich and flavorful North Indian dishes. The candidate should have a deep understanding of regional spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of North Indian curries, dals, breads, and snacks.
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Manage kitchen hygiene and mise-en-place.
- Coordinate with service staff and other chefs for timely order execution.
- Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory planning.
