Looking for a professional South Indian Cook who can prepare authentic dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, rasam, and chutneys with consistency and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality South Indian meals.
- Maintain hygiene, freshness, and quality standards.
- Ensure timely preparation during peak hours.
- Handle traditional cooking equipment like dosa tawa and steamers.
- Support other kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness.
