Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules according to business requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external systems.
- Analyze client needs and design technical solutions aligned with business workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing Odoo deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Optimize and improve existing Odoo functionalities for better performance and usability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization.
- Odoo Certification is optional.
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Odoo installation, configuration, and deployment.
- Understanding of business processes such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
