Job Title: Odoo & Warehouse Operations Coordinator
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: [Sajaa, Sharjah]
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Odoo & Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee day-to-day operations involving inventory, order fulfillment, and system management using the Odoo ERP platform. The ideal candidate will ensure that all incoming and outgoing orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that warehouse activities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:Odoo ERP Management:
- Manage daily operations in Odoo related to sales orders, purchase orders, inventory, and deliveries.
- Ensure all data entered in Odoo is accurate and up to date.
- Generate operational and inventory reports as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic Odoo issues and liaise with the software support team when required.
Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee the receiving, checking, and storing of incoming goods.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor stock movements.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
Logistics & Coordination:
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and logistics providers to ensure timely order dispatch.
- Schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, or stock availability.
Qualifications:
- Experience using Odoo ERP (or similar systems) in a warehouse or operations setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, reports).
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in warehouse/inventory management is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Working days: Saturday to Thursday.
- Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
