Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Off-Plan Properties Sales Manager to lead and grow our off-plan sales division. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan projects, strong relationships with developers, and a proven track record in building and managing high-performance sales teams. This role involves strategic planning, hands-on sales leadership, and active collaboration with both the company’s marketing team and developers to drive maximum sales, leads, and brand visibility
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, build, and lead a competent off-plan sales team.
- Segregate the team based on experience level and knowledge of specific areas/developers.
- Assign leads strategically to maximize conversion potential.
- Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing agents.
- Track and monitor team performance via CRM reports.
- Go with the team to developer offices during client meetings for guidance and.
- Set clear quarterly targets for the team, supervise their progress, and monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved

2. Developer Relationship Management
- Arrange briefings and training sessions for the team before the launch of new projects.
- Build strong relationships with senior members of developers’ sales teams.
- Negotiate exclusive deals, best offers, and early access to projects for clients.
- Secure marketing budgets from developers for campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between the company’s marketing strategy and the developers’ marketing trends.
3. Sales & Project Expertise
- Work across all types of projects:
- Small apartments with longer payment plans
- High-end luxury villas and penthouses
- Ensure the team is up-to-date with new launches by visiting sites together.
- Develop and share comparative market studies for both local and international clients, as well as internal agent training.
- Set quarterly and yearly sales targets for the team and self, ensuring alignment with company goals.
4. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Coordinate with the in-house marketing team to create campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
- Contribute new ideas for marketing campaigns to boost company branding and project visibility.
- Leverage CRM and digital tools (Property Finder, Bayut, social media ads, etc.) for lead optimization.
- Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies for better performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with a proven track record in off-plan projects.
- Strong developer network and excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience in team building, performance management, and CRM usage.
- Deep understanding of Dubai’s property market trends and RERA regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.
