Job Scope
The Administration Assistant to support day-to-day administrative functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company assets, coordinating procurement, ensuring facility cleanliness, and maintaining operational efficiency across departments.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Oversight:
- Manage and supervise daily administrative operations.
- Support and guide all administrative staff to ensure effective execution of tasks.
2. Asset Management:
- Maintain a detailed asset inventory.
- Ensure optimal use and maintenance of company assets for longevity and performance.
3. Facility Cleanliness & Hygiene:
- Oversee regular cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
- Ensure all areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
4. Store & Inventory Management:
- Organize and maintain inventory and supplies.
- Keep the asset master updated and accurate.
5. Procurement Coordination:
- Handle vendor registration and maintain vendor records.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
6. Quality Control:
- Assist in conducting inspections and audits.
- Support quality control initiatives to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Education:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience (preferred)
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
