The Office Clerk will play a pivotal role in organizing document workflows, collecting reporting documents from employees, providing documents upon request from management and the finance department, and sorting and storing documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate multitasking abilities, readiness for diverse tasks, experience in handling accounting reports, and proficiency in document collection, storage, and sorting systems. In addition, it is necessary to provide office purchases, travel support for company employees, and ensure the smooth operation of the office infrastructure (cleaning, maintenance of service apartments, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and storing documentation.
- Managing external correspondence with clients and suppliers.
- Overseeing internal communication with the finance department, accounting, and company management.
- Coordinating ticket purchases, hotel reservations, and office equipment procurement.
- Making regular payments.
- Preparation of documents and reports in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- HR support: maintaining personal files of company employees, visa support, storage and systematization of HR documentation.
- Ensuring the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of corporate documentation.
- Proper maintenance of office property.
- Recording of corporate assets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position: from one year.
- Experienced user of Google, Microsoft Office.
- Languages: English, Russian (preferred).
- Familiarity with project management programs (such as Monday.сom or similar) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting basics will be an advantage.

Work Conditions
Salary: 12,000 AED (for the probationary period), then increase to 14,000 AED.
Allowances: accommodation, medical insurance, gasoline.
Probationary period: 6 months.
Working hours: 8-hour working day, flexible schedule, overtime is possible.
