Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring it is always neat and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain the meeting room calendar.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and employees entering and leaving the premises.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Ensure all office supplies are well-stocked and maintain office equipment.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or other activities as needed.
- Address employee and visitor inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant certification is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or luxury setting.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office-related software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office equipment and phone systems.
- A positive, proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
