Customer Service
- You will establish and maintain a regular weekly schedule of account appointments
- You’ll develop and maintain effective account relationships and promote the goodwill of the company
- You’ll handle customer and account inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information, and other questions that arise
On-Premise
- You’ll work closely with our sales team to develop new accounts, generate account leads, and optimize distribution through increased sales opportunities
- Track results on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis to include: distribution, menus, features (permanent and temporary), promotions (facilitated and unfacilitated), visibility and bar and wait staff persuasion and training.
- Assist with point-of-sale tools to drive distribution, menu placement, and features for supplier brands.
- Conduct a complete sales call on all assigned accounts on the proper day and established sequence.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the owners, managers, and employees of your assigned accounts.
- Be aware of all competitive activity and opportunities to increase sales in your assigned accounts.
- Check and note pricing on all competitive products to ensure parity.
- Request competitor’s space for new placements or for expanding existing placements.
- Attend and conduct on-premise promotions within your assigned account base according to Cape Beverage Distributing guidelines.
- Attend sales meetings and share beneficial insights and information with other sales team members.
- Dress and maintain your appearance in a professional manner and according to company policies.
- Partner with/in customer presentations of key campaigns, representing the brand team and be able to bring together brand objectives as well as meeting customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships of key brand platforms with influential On-Premise customer

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
