QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- First Aid & Fire Safety Training – beneficial for handling emergencies and ensuring guest and staff safety.
- Event Management Certification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality operations, event planning, or a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in managing and training staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
- Proven ability to oversee event logistics, including setup, scheduling, and execution.
- Familiarity with record-keeping, reporting, budgeting, and operational documentation.
- Strong background in handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Experience in streamlining processes, managing resources, and ensuring cost control.
- Valid UAE driver's license
