The Operations Manager will lead our operations function supporting the leadership team, including people, finance and business development. The ideal candidate will have experience in an operations role in a complex global environment
Responsibilities:
- Work with our leadership team to ensure operations activities are carried out in a timely manner
- Lead candidate onboarding operations
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors, e.g. finance/accounts, background checking etc.
- Own and administer our CRM system, salesforce
Experience:
- Experience in a professional environment, consultancy or similar preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
- Experience working with a CRM system, ideally salesforce
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience dealing with external stakeholders, the ability to influence others and negotiate
- Good at building relationships, internally and externally
