Operations Manager (Pastry Shop) – Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our pastry shop operations in Abu Dhabi. This role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience in food & beverage operations, along with a strong background in costing, finance management, and catering services (indoor & outdoor).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of two pastry shop branches in Abu Dhabi.
- Manage costing, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Coordinate and manage indoor and outdoor catering services.
- Ensure high operational standards and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff.
- Maintain inventory and supplier relationships.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in operations management (preferably in pastry shop, bakery, or F&B industry).
- Strong knowledge of costing and finance management.
- Experience in catering operations (both indoor & outdoor).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (based on experience) + Other benefits.
