Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Operations Manager to lead and manage the daily security operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security services, operations planning, and team supervision. Experience in managing cleaning service operations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire security operations across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate the deployment of security personnel.
- Ensure SIRA compliance and handle licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure service quality.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies with proper reporting.
- Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address operational concerns.
- Support and coordinate with cleaning operations when required.
- Prepare operational reports and update senior management regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations management.
- SIRA certification is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a large team across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and industry regulations.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
- Experience in cleaning operations management is an advantage.
