Job Summary:
ALGAHWA ALARABIYA LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our coffee shops, roastery, central kitchen, and bakery. You will be responsible for maintaining high performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding quality standards across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations across multiple locations (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah)
- Coordinate with kitchen, bakery, and roastery departments to ensure smooth product flow
- Monitor staff performance and adherence to SOPs
- Assist in inventory management and procurement coordination
- Implement company guidelines and ensure branch compliance
- Handle operational issues and resolve them efficiently
- Report directly to the Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations or retail supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in operational reporting and scheduling
- Must be willing to travel between branches
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
