We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to join our team for a 3 to 6-month contract in the UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle EPM solutions across various financial applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle EPM modules and a deep understanding of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM modules, including EPBCS, FCCS, PBCS, and FDMEE.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide functional solutions using Oracle EPM applications.
- Provide expertise on functional capabilities, configuration, and optimization of Oracle EPM.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct testing and validation of EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
- Provide user training and documentation to ensure seamless adoption of EPM tools.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving post-implementation issues.
- Ensure that the delivered EPM solutions comply with best practices and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM functional implementation, configuration, and support.
- Expertise in Oracle EPM Modules, including EPBCS, FCCS, PBCS, FDMEE, and Oracle Hyperion suite.
- Strong understanding of financial processes such as Budgeting, Planning, Consolidation, and Reporting.
- Experience with financial reporting and management reporting tools integrated with Oracle EPM.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Business).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle EPM-related certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Specialist, Oracle Financials Cloud).
- Experience in the UAE or the Middle East market is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications is an added advantage.
