Job Description
Experience in gathering business requirements, providing solutions, conducting CRP, UAT, user training, migration and configuration for new project implementation, process enhancement, modification and reports development as per AIM methodology for Oracle EBS Projects and Financials.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Having good experience in Rollout, Implementation, and Support projects on Oracle PPM and Financials modules.
- Oversee Project Accounting, billing, and costing modules, ensuring smooth P2P and O2C processes.
- Should have experience with Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax.
- Develop functional solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
- Perform impact analysis and propose practical solutions for enhancement requests, ensuring continued system improvement.
- Implement event-based revenue and billing processes, along with billing and revenue extensions.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 is a must for Project Costing and Billing.
- Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional specs.
- Implementation experience around extensions for project accounting.
- Ability to work on all project phases, including fit/gap, configuration, testing, and transition to the business.
- Provide advice on options, risks, and potential impacts on business processes and systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities:
- Apply best practices in functional areas as and when required.
- Problem solving and proposing ideas as per best Oracle processes to address client's new business requirements and issues.
- Maintain ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams.
- Capable of analyzing and diagnosing process-related issues and providing proper support.
- Liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional specifications
- Ability to develop test scenarios as per business requirement, functional design documents, user training manual, unit testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certification
Additional Information
Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant Oracle EBS experience.
Skills & Abilities:
- Having minimum 2 end to end implementation life cycle experience for Oracle EBS Project Suite.
