Job Title: Music Conductor

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Music Conductor to lead and direct our choir and vocal ensembles. The ideal candidate will guide singers in rehearsals and performances, ensuring musical excellence and harmony.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct choir rehearsals and live performances with clear direction and artistry.
- Interpret and communicate musical scores to the ensemble.
- Develop repertoire suited to different skill levels and events.
- Provide vocal coaching and improve singers’ musicality and performance.
- Collaborate with vocal coaches, accompanists, and event organizers.
- Maintain discipline and motivation within the choir.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Music, Choral Conducting, or related field.
- Proven experience conducting choirs or vocal groups.
- Strong knowledge of vocal techniques, music theory, and score reading.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage singers of all ages.
Preferred:
- Experience in a music academy or performance setting.
- Ability to arrange and adapt music for choir.
