About the Role:
AL MAHA Catering is seeking an experienced and dedicated Paratha Maker to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing a Malabari Paratha with consistency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Malabari types of parathas in bulk quantities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Ensure the quality and taste of food meet company standards.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while adhering to safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paratha Maker or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of preparing various parathas and related dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Work Schedule:
- 10-hour daily shift (9 hours of work + 1-hour break).
- 1 day off per week.
