Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team in a kiosk setup. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing fresh sandwiches and handling kiosk operations, including customer service, food preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps as per company recipes.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
- Operate the kiosk independently, including opening and closing duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the food prep area, utensils, and workstation.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Follow food safety guidelines and company SOPs.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Assist with inventory checks and daily reporting.
- Handle minor customer complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sandwich shop, deli, or kiosk is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit; able to stand for long hours.
