part time receptionist and admin

Alba Motors llc - Dubai

This is an admin / reception role. You’ll be required to conduct the follow task:

1- Make invoices

2- answer calls

3- Greet customers

4- Print / scanning and arranging documents with folders

5- Filing

6- Organising reception area

You’ll have an option to work

1- Friday 10 am to 10 pm

2- Weekdays 7 pm to 10 pm

3- Both of the above

The pay structure is 15dhs per hour.

Requirements to apply

excellent english spoken and written

customer service

Microsoft office proficient.
