About Us:
We are a premium chocolate and sweets company, specialized in high-end desserts and innovative creations. We are looking for a talented Head Chef specialized in French Pastry to lead our kitchen team and ensure excellence in product quality, creativity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pastry kitchen team.
- Develop, test, and implement new French pastry recipes with creativity and precision.
- Ensure all products meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Monitor daily production to meet business requirements.
- Maintain strict quality control over all orders before dispatch.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Train, guide, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Pastry Chef specializing in French pastry.
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern French desserts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creativity and passion for innovation in pastry and sweets.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
- HACCP / food safety knowledge is a plus.
