Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, segmentation criteria, and decisioning logic.
- Configure and execute inbound and outbound decision strategies within the PEGA platform, ensuring effective customer segmentation and personalized content delivery.
- Optimize decisioning strategies to enhance campaign performance, utilizing PEGA decisioning tools and techniques.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of decisioning strategies, making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated on advancements in PEGA decisioning technology and contribute to the continuous evolution of our CVM strategies.
Qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Mathematical domain
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Two or more of:
- Pega Certified Marketing Consultant
- Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant
- Certified Pega Data Scientist
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification
Experience:
- A highly technical, hands-on, motivated, and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in customer environments.
- Circa 4+ years’ experience implementing Pega decisioning/NBA/Marketing
- Experience delivering 1:1 Personalization strategies within a Telco Industry.
- Experience as a Pega Lead Decisioning Architect
