Remote Personal Assistant (Part-Time, UAE-Based)
I’am seeking a reliable and resourceful Remote Personal Assistant based in the UAE to support both personal and professional tasks. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, designed for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. The assistant will play a critical role in managing schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role has the potential to transition from part-time to full-time as needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar management and appointment scheduling (personal and work-related).
Handling phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Researching and booking travel arrangements, events, and reservations as needed.
Running online errands (ordering items, coordinating deliveries, managing subscriptions).
Assisting with work-related administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
Coordinating with external service providers (e.g., property maintenance, suppliers).
Managing personal to-do lists and reminders.
Handling other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
UAE-based with strong knowledge of local service providers and resources.
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, WhatsApp).
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
