Whether you're a fresh graduate ready to start your sales journey, or an experienced financial product consultant, this is your chance to build a successful career in the banking and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products to salaried individuals
- Conduct cold calling, field sales, and lead generation activities
- Guide clients through loan application processes and eligibility
- Ensure customer documentation complies with banking guidelines
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and sales KPIs
- Maintain strong follow-up and build lasting client relationships
- Stay updated on bank policies, credit rules, and financial regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- UAE banking or loan sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be currently in the UAE and available to join on short notice
