We are hiring an experienced Pharmacy Cluster/Area Sales Supervisor to manage and drive sales performance across multiple branches. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a cluster, area supervisor, or area management role within the UAE retail or pharmacy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a group of retail branches across a designated area
- Monitor and drive sales performance to meet sales targets
- Conduct regular branch visits to ensure operational and visual standards
- Train, coach, and support branch teams to improve productivity and service quality
- Coordinate with procurement and promotions teams to optimize product performance
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to drive decisions
- Ensure all branches operate in line with company standards and compliance
- Organize frequent branch performance reviews
- Attend management performance reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cluster Manager / Area Supervisor / Area Sales Manager in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
