Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage piling crew to ensure effective execution of all tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate daily piling activities on site, including bored piles, CFA, driven piles, or other specialist ground engineering techniques.
- Interpret project drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Ensure proper setup and operation of piling rigs, cranes, and other related machinery.
- Monitor site safety, enforce safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety compliance.
- Maintain equipment and ensure all machinery is operating effectively and safely.
- Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Keep daily records of work progress, labor, equipment, and materials used.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior crew members.
- Ensure piling work is carried out in accordance with environmental, geotechnical, and structural requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in piling or ground engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience with various piling techniques and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in challenging site conditions.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
