We are looking for a skilled Plumber to join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and residential fit-out projects, retail, restaurants, hotels & offices. This role requires expertise in water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures to ensure smooth operations in our interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Fit and assemble sanitary wares, water heaters, drainage systems, and water supply lines as per project requirements.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and proper functionality.
- Collaborate with electricians, carpenters, and other tradesmen to ensure seamless project execution.
- Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards in all plumbing installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing malfunctions efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with PPR, PVC, CPVC, and copper piping systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
