- Supervise swimmers and enforce facility rules to prevent accidents.
- Respond immediately to emergencies and provide water rescues as needed.
- Administer first aid, CPR, or use an AED in accordance with training.
- Inspect pool area for cleanliness, hazards, and proper water quality.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, rescues, and maintenance checks.
- Participate in regular training sessions and safety drills.
- Provide customer service and answer questions from patrons.
- Assist with setup and teardown of equipment or pool activities.
