Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team, specializing in the installation and repair of auto glass and other automotive components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Duties
- Install and replace auto glass in various vehicles, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including buffing and detailing.
- Conduct thorough inspections of installed components to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Assist in auto restoration projects as required, utilizing mechanical knowledge and skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in auto glass installation techniques and tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving high-quality results.
- Ability to perform buffing and other finishing techniques effectively.
- Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus, enhancing versatility in installation tasks.
- 5 to 6 years experience.
