Pricing Executive

SCOPE: The scope of work includes assisting Senior Pricing and Commercial Executive in researching and evaluating vendors. Negotiate contract terms and agreement. Maintaining company products and services pricing. Work closely with the Senior Pricing and commercial executive & Management operations to ensure that the services purchased and prices offered are competitive with the Market while maintaining company profitability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in searching and nominating vendors by evaluating and comparison of overall performance level.
• Negotiate with external vendor for beneficial contract terms and agreements.
• Work closely with Senior Pricing and commercial executive & management operations to ensure rates of products and services compensated with direct cost, overheads and with company profitability.
• Maintain up to date competitive prices of products and services.
• Prepare and offer quotations aligning with the market rates while maintaining the set minimum margins.
• Making changes to the price as necessary to maximize company profit.
• Attain and provide efficiently clients pricing of service requirements.
• Use and update efreight systems with vendors and customers pricing agreements.
• Process imports and exports shipments by Air, Sea and land to move international and domestic.
• Overseeing shipments by tracking, monitoring, documenting status, and updating customers while maintaining proficient customer service.
• Perform Job function that may assigned by Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree and or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Accurate, great attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Effective communications skills (Verbal and written).
• Critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills and able to work multiple tasks.
• Computer literate. Knowledge in MS Excel, MS word and PowerPoint.
• Good working attitude and able to work efficiently alone or with team.
• Understanding of UAE imports and export rules and regulations is an advantage.attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
