Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented PRO Helper cum Typist to support our administrative and government liaison functions. The candidate will assist in handling government-related tasks, employee visa processing, and accurate typing of official documents. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Abu Dhabi and strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and company documentation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:Typing & Documentation:
- Prepare and type official documents, including:
- Visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation)
- Emirates ID and medical applications
- Labor contracts, offer letters, NOCs
- Company license-related paperwork
- Accurately enter data using UAE government portals:
- ICA / TAMM / MOHRE / GDRFA / AD Police portals
- Ensure all documents are error-free and comply with government standards
PRO Assistance:
- Assist PRO with document submissions and collections from:
- Ministry of Labour (MOHRE)
- Immigration (ICP / GDRFA)
- Emirates ID Authority (ICA)
- Police and Municipality departments
- Coordinate appointments for medical tests, fingerprinting, and Emirates ID
- Support in renewing trade licenses, permits, and employee-related services
- Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and legal documents
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role within the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate in both English (Arabic typing is a plus)
- Language: Fluent in English; basic Arabic is advantageous
- Knowledge: Familiar with Abu Dhabi government systems (TAMM, ICA, etc.)
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and online application portals
- Other: UAE Driving License is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
