- Must have significant expertise in UAE Mainland Labor and Immigration process knowledge with portal management with UAE Driving license.
- Strong knowledge with UAE labour and Immigration law.
Strong knowledge with UAE Labour and Immigration portals (such as Tasheel, GDRFA, Echannel, Medical and Emirates ID).
- Proficient in managing visa applications and work permit procedures using MOHRE and GDRFA portals.
- Stay updated on UAE immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients, employees, and management.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and government agencies to resolve any immigration-related issues or challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all immigration documents are properly filed and organized.
- Act as the main point of contact between the organization and various government authorities in UAE, including the Ministry of Labor, Department of Economic Development (DED), and others as required.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain records to demonstrate adherence to legal standards.
