Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Inventory Manager to oversee sourcing, vendor management, and stock control for our automotive operations. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience, the ability to discover reliable vendors, negotiate competitive rates, and efficiently manage the flow of parts, products, and materials. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, suppliers, and distributors for automotive products, parts, and consumables.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Forecast demand and plan procurement schedules in line with project timelines and workshop needs.
- Coordinate with department leads (detailing, wrapping, upholstery, painting, modifications) to fulfill requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee inventory management systems and conduct regular stock audits.
- Develop strong relationships with local and international vendors for unique/custom parts sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of procurement and inventory management experience (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
